Hedgerow Flowers

Jo Sharpe grew up in Norfolk where she first found inspiration in the county’s scenic countryside unspoiled coastline and brilliant skies. Today, her work is inspired too by her favourite coastal areas further afield. Working mostly in oils but sometimes in mixed media, her paintings demonstrate her passion for nature and love of colour, surface texture and pattern. Her renowned still lifes and contemporary botanicals highlight her compositional flair and background in textile design.
