Delan Cookson
Delan Cookson was born in 1937. After training at Bournemouth College of Art under David Ballantyne and Central School of Art, London under Harding Green Delan Cookson went on to have a long career as a ceramists.
His work progressed through many stages culminating in his vivid and highly popular Cobalt Blue series made in porcelain and for which he is best known. Delan had his studio in Hayle, Cornwall where he was working up until the time he died in 1920.
